Yea! Seriously...casters didn't get much attention from all these new weapons...

I really want a cool looking staff...a staff that look better than Zodiac, Platnium, and Torment.

(Torment staff looks disappointing btw)

I've said this in some other thread and someone has already said it, but PLEASE give us a new non-warrior weapon. I mean come on. Warriors get all the rare skins for the most part.

Rangers got the Storm, Shadow, and Eternal Bows which was nice but there not that "rare". The caster professions just get lumped with generic staves and focus items for the most part.

Mesmer and Rit weapons are always rare to me because i dont even know when the last time i got a gold Rit or Mesmer drop.

Monks got a few rare skins with NF.

I still get ele staffs for the most part and <attrribute here> scrolls but thats about it for eles. That or the <attribute> Artifacts.

And Dervish, Sin, Paragon i havent seen a skin sold for over 20k except for some of the Para shields, which are mostly just warrior sheilds with a paragon attribute req. (I so want that scythe if it existed for my dervish btw)

This is slightly off-topic as we are talking about the new idea of the new item. But still i'd like to see a non warrior item introduced this time.

No there isn't 3 mil ppl total playing GW, but there sure is plenty enough doing a huge array of various things across all 3 campaigns. So if a winter weapon were released before Christmas, as the IDS was, someone would have found it by now.

It doesnt take long at all for secrets to be discovered in this game. Nothing stays hidden for long at all. So I really dont think anything was released.

And being that the winter event is ending very soon, it doesnt make sense for them to release a winter (icy) specific weapon after that. Of course they may, but it's probably unlikely it will be winter specific with the icy title before it.
